Back to School Rally

The 14th Annual Back to School Rally will be held July 14 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Briar Bay Park in Riceboro. The event will feature educational booths, games, rides, health checks, school supplies, food and more. For more information, call 912-977-3951.

County Commission Meeting

The Liberty County Board of Commissioners will hold its mid-month meeting July 15 at 5:30 p.m. in the Courthouse Annex Building, Room #200 (second floor), 112 N. Main St., Hinesville. Call 912-876-2164 for more information.

TSPLOST Town Hall

Liberty County officials will hold a town hall meeting July 18 to discuss the Transportation Special Purpose Local Option Sales Tax, or TSPLOST. The meeting will be held at 6 p.m. at the Dorchester Civic Center in Midway.

City Council Meeting

THe Hinesville City Council will meet July 19 at 3 p.m. at City Hall, 115 East M.L. King, Jr. Drive. Council meetings are held the first and third Thursday of the month.
