Obama to Visit Fort Stewart
The president and first lady will meet with soldiers, veterans and military families.
The White House has announced that President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama will visit Fort Stewart Friday, according to a Savannah Morning News report.
According to the report, few details of the planned visit have been released, except that the first family would "meet with troops, veterans and military families."
Obama was in Atlanta last month for a fundraiser that raised nearly $1 million for his campaign, according to the report. He last visited the Savannah area in March 2010.

One can tell it is an election year. Otherwise, this devisive ANTI-MILITARY leftist would not give soldiers the TIME OF DAY! I hope that most intelligent folks can see this for what it is: an election year SCAM! Once again, the Anti-American OBAMA is exhibiting his vast level of DISHONESTY! OBAMA BIN LYIN!

It's nice to know there is someone else who knows how dishonest he is.

David,
While I'm sure election year has something to do with it, one could hardly say Obama "would not give soldiers the time of day." He visits soldiers all the time, and not just in election years:
-April 7, 2009: Obama visits soldiers in Iraq.
-Oct. 29, 2009: Obama visits troops at Dover AFB.
-Nov. 18-19, 2009: Obama visits soldiers in South Korea.
-March 28, 2010: Obama visits troops in Afghanistan.
-Aug. 30, 2010: Obama visits wounded troops at Walter Reed.
-Nov. 10-12, 2010: Obama visits troops in South Korea.
-Dec. 3, 2010: Obama visits troops in Afghanistan.
-Nov. 16-17, 2010: Obama delivers remarks to Australian and U.S. troops.
-May 6, 2011: Obama visits troops at Fort Campbell.
-June 17, 2011: Obama visits wounded soldiers at Walter Reed.
-June 23, 2011: Obama visits troops at Fort Drum.
-Oct. 10, 2011: Obama visits wounded soldiers at Walter Reed.
-Dec. 14, 2011: Obama visits troops at Fort Bragg.
-Jan. 30, 2012: Obama visits troops at Buckley AFB.
-March 2, 2012: Obama visits soldiers at Walter Reed.
-March 24-27, 2012: Obama visits troops in South Korea.
That's not a complete list, just what I found in the first two or three pages of an "Obama visits military" Google search. One could certainly make a case against the spending cuts the military is facing, but Obama doesn't just visit soldiers in election years.

That is what I find most irritating about Obama! He is created character, and he is NOT real. His whole carreer is an illusion. Remember when he was a Senator and he always stated that OSAMA had to be brought to justice and tried? Then to advance his faultering Presidency he had OSAMA killed. While I have no problem with the death of Osama, Obama's motive is the problem! Keep in mind that this guy has never considered serving in the military at any level, and has always aligned himself with soldier haters such as Bill Ayers.
