Welcome to Fork and Cork, a Fort Stewart Patch column devoted to dining out! In the past, Fork and Cork has focused on staff-written restaurant reviews, and while you'll still see those occasionally, we're looking for community feedback as well. And of course, we also want to get the word out about the great dining options around town!

So each week, we'll be spotlighting a different restaurant in the Hinesville-Fort Stewart area. This week, we're shining a light on Rosenhof German Restaurant, located off Midway Street in downtown Hinesville.

This restaurant serves delectable German cuisine ranging from pork cordon blue, paprika chicken to bratwurst sandwiches. Rosenhof has daily specials and a children's menu. Beer and wine specials are available daily. All the servers at Rosenhof wear traditional German attire as well.
