I took in my brand new jeep to get an estimate on repairing my door which while open hit a mailbox. MINIMAL DAMAGE! 3 days later after receiving a $6500 quote from them for repairs me and my husband arrive at Hernandez to get my jeep out of there ASAP bc we realized usaa doesn't even deal with Hernandez due to them being dishonest and raping military. When we arrived to get my jeep we were presented a $2200 bill and my jeep which was totally and unnecessarily disassembled with a removed window and a fallen piece of plastic so the previous nights storm and rain had soaked my passenger side, seat and speaker which they left on the floorboard. After realizing reason and customer service are not characteristics this business possesses we paid our bill in full and got out of there as soon as possible...leaving with a $2200 dent in our pocket and a jeep in way worse shape than when we took it there in the first place!! We then made our 1st good decision and called usaa who referred us to NaCon (9128762583) who in a matter of minutes gave us an estimate for all repairs(which is the same cost as just the estimate was at Hernandez) , confirmed it with usaa and requested our insurance company to refund us what Hernandez stole from us. NaCon is an honest, friendly, ligit amazing business who treats you right. Hernandez are crooked thieves who need to be thrown in jail and shut down immediately. Don't make the mistake we did...STEER CLEAR OF HERNANDEZ!!!!!!!! Worst experience ever.
