From a Winn Army Community Hospital press release:

The Tuttle Army Health Clinic pharmacy on Hunter Army Airfield will undergo a significant renovation project scheduled to begin Monday, Dec. 3.

During the project, pharmacy wait times are expected to increase significantly, possibly exceeding one to two hours. The renovation project will provide new automation equipment, which will ultimately enhance pharmacy services and reduce wait times. To reduce wait times during the renovation project, patients are encouraged to use the Tuttle Pharmacy drop box. Prescriptions received before 4 p.m., may be picked up the following business day after 2 p.m. The Winn ACH pharmacy on Fort Stewart is also available and it is open 7:30 a.m. until 8 p.m.
